Abstract Uncertainties discussed in our country in recent years in the study of climate change, particularly temperature and precipitation are considered. In this study, the uncertainty of climate models and hydrological parameters annual temperature maximum temperature and minimum temperature in the station area has been Karkhe. In this regard, the 41-year period (1970 -2010), 11 stations Karkhe basin is studied. In this study the detection of climate change, annual variations in temperature, maximum temperature, minimum temperature stations using climate models Parametric (Mann-Kendall (MK), Kendal Mann rank, test San (Q), regression (LR), Spearman rank correlation coefficient (SRC), testing Pre-whitening, standard deviation analysis (StD), test (t test) and model TFPW. Parametric modeling results show that the mean annual temperature change of station (9 stations) was 82 percent. This significant increase in the average temperature in most parts of the basin there. Stations in the south (downstream) basin at a rate greater than the other trend are Karkhe. T model results in a significant increase in the percentage of stations in Ahwaz, Kermanshah, Hamidieh and Hamadan, Dezful show and at 5% for the four bridges is positive. Contrary to the trend at a maximum average temperature in the northern parts of the southern part of the basin is more extensive. So that the model used, the northern and central stations Hamadan, four bridges, canals and Khorramabad Varynh significant positive trend at different levels are high. The minimum temperature varies significantly increased severe Karkhe station area Ahvaz Parametric models (I Kendal, age, Spearman linear regression) at a percentage of 10% is PW. Parametric and nonparametric models to detect significant trends stations have the same share. A total of 8 stations Karkhe (73%), a positive trend has been recorded minimum temperature climate models. In 37 percent of the basin's 4 stations from eleven stations Parametric test procedure was not seen. . This increase and decrease in some variable rainfall, in some stations are different models used. Overall performance in the test not matches the temperature variables that indicate the uncertainty in the model's output.

Abstract One of the most important factor to produce the crops is realization of continent and required parameters of agricultral products.studying agricultral meteorology can determine potential facilities ,problems and weak points of envirement in different regions and maximize efficiency and exploit of facility and environment.A general Study is conducted on a 15 years statistic of continental elements and identifying enviromental factors(topography, potential, and lands application access to the water ) in 5 cities such as Izeh,Omidieh,Baghmalek,Behbahan and Ramhormoz respect to potantial and capacity of wheat production in east khuzestan. and performing broading wheat planting (Irrigate and non- Irrigate)in this environmant in different pattern model using ability geographical information system( G.I.S) in combination different data layers. Then , plans are classified on the relashionship between all enviromental and positive parameter to plant wheat and crop yeild . These plans separate into Irrigate and non- Irrigate on resulted ability to planting this crop. Then value and resulted plan combinations has specified to geographical data system(G.I.S) envirment on hierachy pattern(AHP).and analyzed data using exel and spss software. phylumFinally, region where have the capacity of l wheat Irrigate and non- Irrigate planting in east khuzestan have been recognized and results show that cities like Ramhormoz and Behbahan have good capicity and envirment to plant wheat Irrigate and Izeh has good capicity and envirment to plant non- Irrigate And Omidieh is not recomonded to planting non- Irrigate we determined the best date of plantin g wheat Irrigate and non- Irrigate all studied cities.

Abstract Drought is as one of the natural phenomena, that causes irreparable damages on natural ecosystems. Severity, duration, start time and end time of drought are special characteristic of this phenomenon. Meteorological drought is the most important type of that. This event is evaluated as shortage of rainfall compared to average conditions using indices based on rainfall. This study has performed in Halil river basin of Jiroft. In this study, two indices of SPI and SIAP were used in annual time step in order to study and analyze drought and wet periods range in study area. Results show that drought periods range is more toward West of Halil river basin and wet periods range is more from south toward North-West of area.

Abstract Since the reported temperature by weather station only reading of temperature inside Box Screen Regardless of other atmospheric parameters and including it is humidity so it cannot be represented our real feeling from the weather temperature because hot weather whereas the humidity is high it will be hotter in a way that when the temperature is 35°C with presence of relative humidity 55%the temperature will be about 43°C. In this paper, using of the heat index the actual temperature feeling the in warm months, July, June and August for a period of 10 years at 40 synoptic stations in the southern half of the country are calculated and Zoning Isotherm maps real sense in ArcGIS and Were compared with Typical isotherms Maps. The results showed that although the warm southern coastal areas at lower temperature show But actual temperatures have a higher sense of emotional distance from the beach and the actual temperature less humidity is low. Thresholds at each frequency due to real emotional problems were classified in four classes; each class creates a special situation. Synoptic conditions that result in high-temperature heat wave and get a real feel extremely dangerous in terms of coastal stations were investigated. Timely forecasts and warnings for the organization of heat waves on a hot, humid weather in the areas one of these organizations is to reduce the losses due to these ills.

Abstract Nowadays, tourists need to obtain information to make decision on their journey. So in order to obtain the required information organized travel agencies are needed. Therefore travel and tourism agencies act as mediator between the main suppliers of services such as hotels tour operators or transport companies and tourists who want to travel. Actually they are located in front of the line of tourism industry and are faced with the travel applicants. Success or failure of these mediators is highly effective on the success or failure of tourism programs and tourism service providers. This study was conducted to elucidate the role of travel agencies in tourism development in Isfahan. Therefore, the tourism development index was applied as combined benchmark for comparing the coupled tourism and travel agencies properties.
