Understanding the physical-spatial development pattern is necessary to develop appropriate policies based on living standards., The research is based on how the spatial development pattern of the city of Islamshahr and its adaptation to the indicators of the livable city. The method of this research is "descriptive-analytical". Data were collected using a questionnaire. Cranach's alpha was used to measure its validity. Its reliability has been confirmed at 0.940. To determine the sample size, Cochran formula was used for 384 questionnaires for 448,129 people in Islamshahr. The statistical population is the inhabitants of Islamshahr. SPSS, ARCGIS, and EXCEL software were used to plot charts, maps and statistical analysis. According to the inferentialness of the research, one-way ANOVA has been used. Then, focus analysis was conducted and a diagram of impact analysis and correlation of indices on each other. The focal variables in this research include four sets of variables (social, physical, economic, and environmental dimensions). Due to the fact that in all dimensions the significant levels (sig) are below 0.05, the result of the existence of a focal correlation between the four sets of variables is confirmed. The results show that the best region in all dimensions of spatial-physical development based on the habitable city, the 3rd zone and the worst region in all, are the dimensions of development of area 6. Finally, there are suggestions for reforming the spatial-spatial development of the city of Islamshahr.

With the end of the Cold War, the indicator of strategic power is no longer military power because we are entering an age that direct confrontation, which requires the support of the military, there will be no chance. Political scientists and international relations think that economic power determines the national power of states. Today, therefore, national power is directly related to the understanding of the concepts of the national economy. The Middle East region has also witnessed numerous conflicts and challenges during this period that requires a model for de-escalation and regional integration. The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the conflicts in the Middle East region from the perspective of geoeconomic components. The main question of the article is that what are the most important economic and geographical indicators and components that are effective in creating and sustaining tensions and conflicts in the Middle East? The methodology of this paper is descriptive-analytical where using library resources as well as scientific research articles the research topic will be explained and analyzed. The hypothesis that we are looking at in this article is that economic and geographical determinism in the Middle East due to heterogeneity, turbulence and strife and the underdevelopment of the components of human geography has more decisive power in the outbreak of conflict. the results of this paper show that economics, geography and politics in the Middle East has always been the site of conflict between regional and trans-regional powers and groups.

Building a sustainable and smart city is emerging as a vital strategy to reduce the problems generated by urban population growth and urbanization, and to overcome environmental change and climate change. However, little scientific research can be found in the phenomenon discussed. In order to reduce the gap between literature on smart cities and in response to increasing the use of intelligence, this paper proposes a framework for understanding the concepts and indicators of intelligent, yet sustainable cities. In this article, after expressing the concepts of smart city, in order to explain the role of the smart city in achieving sustainable development, the principles and prerequisites for the realization of the smart city first are outlined and then, the role of the smart city is achieved in reaching each of them and, consequently, Access to Sustainable City has been studied. Accordingly, in this research, efforts have been made to explain the concept of sustainable smart city and ways of its creation and realization in the southeast of Iran, which is located in critical condition due to water shortages and climate abnormalities. Therefore, while studying the concepts and literature related to intelligence in the library, the analytical-descriptive analysis of the subject, the definitions, and the presentation of the structural classification of the problem have been considered. It also sought to provide strategies for reaching a sustainable smart city and climate-friendly lifestyle in the area.

In recent decades, irregular migration to cities has provided the basis for changes and changes in various aspects of the spatial structure of urban neighborhoods. From a social point of view, this has led to the formation of neighborhoods with group, ethnic, cultural diversity, and ultimately to the problem of integrated local social resilience. The purpose of this study is to analyze how social resilience in neighborhoods that have a history of social unity and because of their shared past can be a good example formulating an appropriate social resilience model at urban level. It is one of the most important characteristics of a person's serious attention to their material and spiritual needs and human dignity. Therefore, the participation of the people in the neighborhood is the management of people-centered, the development and strengthening of social capital and encouraging them to sustain its main goals. This research is applied in terms of purpose and qualitative in natureIn order to present a clear picture of social participation in neighborhoods, a fundamental theory approach has been used. Based on the findings of the study, participation can be categorized into three dimensions. The present research nature is mixed in terms of both quantitative and qualitative dimensions, and thus in terms of both parametric and statistical pathways. Nonparametric of two methodsFor parametric statistics using SPSS data For nonparametric statistics MAXQDA coding method was used and finally the data was processed in SMART PLS software.

The US government's move to recognize Jerusalem as the capital of the Israeli regime can be debated from both a legal and policy perspective. In the context of international law, political decisions and actions are essentially an important conduit for the formation of legal rules. In fact, international law is a law that is formed primarily in the context of international relations and politics. In the absence of international law, hostile relations or war will prevail over international communications as a rule. Of course, this does not mean rejecting moral rules. However, there is also the belief that, in legal terms, ethical rules in general law and general international law in particular are secondary and secondary. Apart from these philosophical and fundamental arguments, the purpose of the relationship between politics and legal rules is to note that a political decision can be the basis for the creation of legal rules or the formulation of existing rules and can also be within or Be based on pre-existing legal rules. A political decision can also help to interpret existing legal rules. Although political decisions are not regarded as primary, primary or even secondary or subordinate sources in any of the relevant texts of international law, and in particular in Article 38 of the Statute of the International Court of Justice, they are virtually in the footsteps of decisions. Politics can be found in all sources of international law. At the heart of this research, however, is how the US government's recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of the Israeli regime in accordance with international law can be analyzed and evaluated. In this research, we have concluded with legal arguments and arguments that this decision is inconsistent with the rules and principles governing international law.

As a result, there is a disregard for the ontology of living spaces as a container for human life and the existence of incompetents in contemporary life. By presenting architectural ideas based on phenomenological concepts, one can examine qualitatively the contemporary architectural spaces and the role of sensory perceptions in the process of understanding place in architecture. Phenomenology provides highly effective research grounds in the theoretical areas of architecture; it attempts to produce a profound insight about the concept of architectural space and focuses on humans and lived experiences in the process of perception in order to offer an accurate interpretation of place. One of the most important issues in the field of architectural phenomenology is the qualitative understanding of place, which implies the quality of human experience and examines the relationship between the body subject and its peripheral space. The question now is what constitutes the reading of phenomenological philosophical thought in order to analyze architectural works and what is the relation of man to space in the process of creating place? In this regard, it is assumed that the centralization of the human being and the importance of the experiential and multi-sensory space is one of the principles that is expected to be taken into consideration in the process of designing and creating the architectural work and its understanding.

One of the major obstacles in the national development process is disrupting regional balance and balance. Therefore, the first step in regional planning is to identify the status of areas in relation to each other in terms of development and the cause of inequalities. In fact, the subject of regional planning, under the influence of legal, political, economic and social requirements of the country, is constantly changing and sometimes as a tool for investment in underdeveloped areas, as a tool for concentrating investment in the regions. Predictable, a time for regionalization of sectoral plans, and a time for comprehensive regional planning and the like. Increasing centralized structure and partial approach to planning, ambiguity in legal and regulatory position and the executive guarantee of regional planning, lack of confidence in planning and lack of planning culture at different levels of economic management of the country, lack of necessary and desirable contexts Public and private participation and the like are among the major obstacles to the development of regional planning in Iran and economic imbalances.

Urban regeneration and regeneration of decaying tissues has been called. Clever management in combination with the participation of role-makers and attention to contextual features is one of the main reasons for the success of these projects. Experiences based on the last three decades in Iran indicate that the importance of intervening in declining urban areas, given the evolution of this attitude, is one of the major challenges facing urban practitioners. If the lack of an integrated approach based on intervention aimed at creating mobility, dynamics and wealth in the declining zones is one of the most important reasons for failure of these projects. Therefore, the purpose of this article is to identify the causes of deterioration and inefficiencies in urban contexts. To this end, firstly, by reviewing the theories and views of experts on this subject, we will examine the concept of deterioration and causes of burnout in urban contexts, drawing on Western European experiences in urban regeneration and regeneration. Secondly, by analyzing the regeneration approach as a new and integrated approach and the role of social, economic dimensions as crucial elements in the declining zones interventions. In the third stage, the economic and social paradigm and concepts such as participation and wisdom management are explored to enhance the theoretical knowledge in the field of urban interventions and rely on this theoretical knowledge to develop more effective policies to achieve an integrated approach to intervention.

In rural areas, the language of the architectural model is more in keeping with the architectural dimensions of the native architecture. In his opinion, all the structures that have been made so far, whether they are traditional or new, all of them take shape from the languages that their makers make; this language is a structure of meaning and concept. And it will save it from the evil that comes from it. The determinants of native architecture can be considered to be the same factors (generators) of sustainable development: nature, people (society), construction and patterns. Therefore, in the present paper, it is attempted to analyze the patterns affecting the language of the rural indigenous architectural model and its impact on the sustainable development of villages. In other words, in this paper, rural housing is examined from an architectural point of view, and it comes to the point where there is a special aspect of subscription and disintegration, and there is no distinction between them. Indeed, the discovery of a direct relationship between the two (architectural look and pattern language in rural geography) is one of the purposes of this paper. The variables of this research are inherently qualitative, they do not take numerical values, but take qualitative values. However, they can be measured by methods such as ranking (a range of value ranges: the Likert spectrum against each questionnaire), and can be statistically analyzed (Hypothesis Test) - Independent Test Attributes.

In order to manage their affairs in the best possible way, as well as to facilitate the provision of services and the exercise of sovereignty in all parts of the country, governments require the division of lands called "country subdivisions". Hence, every state should inevitably divide the country into smaller administrative units so that it can play a role in the exercise of sovereignty and the provision of public services. This division is sometimes based on history and culture, deprivation, geographical status, population, etc. and sometimes on political considerations. Accordingly, the present study sought to answer the following question: What are the factors affecting the promotion of the levels of national divisions in the two provinces of Semnan and Qazvin? This study was applied in terms of purpose, and descriptive-analytical in terms of method. Data was compiled using three methods including library and internet, documentary and archives, and field survey.
