. The type of research is descriptive and analytical. Regarding the statistical population on the basis of Cochran Test the number of 375 questionares was used and completed using random sampling. The result of this research showed that changing land use affected more the cultivated lands and caused increasing economic income, improving the condition of houses and increasing the price of land in the villages. It is suggested that encouraging and supporting of the government from the agricultural sector and establishing small manufacturing workshops and developing the population of the villages and supporting agricultural products to improve economics and finally it helps rural development.]]>
