According to this, accordingly this study aimed to assess the employment situation in Iran at the end of the fifth development plan was designed to distinguish between rural and urban employment. For the purpose of this research study, to answer this question; is the Fifth Development Plan objectives in the field of employment has achieved? To reply to an examination of 11 major indicators of employment based on the labor force survey in 1394 PROMETHEE V and GAIA model is used. The results show the urban employment Yazd, Tehran, Kurdistan, and in Semnan, with the highest Phi and the provinces of Fars, Sistan and Baluchestan, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Alborz, Lorestan and Kermanshah At least Phi in a very unfavorable situation. Also on rural employment in Hamedan, Isfahan and Azarbaijan with More Phi Top ranking and the provinces of Sistan and Baluchestan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Kohgiluyeh Boyer less Phi Hormozgan and are ranked lower. The gap between urban and rural provinces in employment by 0.785 and is 0.795 which indicates inequality in employment is more rural than urban. Due to the vast difference between the provinces terms of employment index, Fifth Development Plan failed to reduce inequality in employment.}, keywords = {employment,Fifth development plan,Provinces of Iran,the Prometheus and Gaia}, title_fa = {ارزیابی وضعیت اشتغال استان‌های ایران در پایان برنامه پنجم توسعه (به تفکیک اشتغال شهری و روستایی)}, abstract_fa = {نابرابری فضایی در اشتغال، امکان بروز فقر، بیکاری، حاشیه‌نشینی، مهاجرت و بی‌عدالتی را افزایش می‌دهد. شناخت نابرابری‌های فضایی در جهت رفع و کاهش آن، در چارچوب محدوده جغرافیایی مختلف(کشور، استان، شهرستان و بخش) یک پیش‌نیاز بسیار مهم برای حصول پایداری اقتصادی و پیشرفت یکپارچه کشور به شمار می‌آید. براین اساس پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی وضعیت اشتغال استان‌های ایران در پایان برنامه پنجم توسعه به تفکیک اشتغال شهری و روستایی انجام شده است. این پژوهش با توجه به هدف تحقیق، درصدد پاسخ دادن به این سؤال می‌باشد که آیا برنامه پنجم توسعه، اهداف مورد نظر در زمینه اشتغال(کاهش نابرابری بین شهر و روستا) را محقق ساخته است یا نه؟ جهت پاسخ به سؤال از 11شاخص عمده اشتغال براساس آمارگیری نیروی کار در سال 1394 و مدل PROMETHEE V و GAIA استفاده شده است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که در اشتغال شهری استان‌های یزد، تهران، کردستان، و سمنان با بالاترین Phi در وضعیت بسیار مطلوب و استان‌های فارس، سیستان و بلوچستان، کهکیلویه و بویراحمد، البرز، لرستان و کرمانشاه با کمترین Phi در وضعیت بسیار نامطلوب قرار دارند. همچنین در اشتغال روستایی استان‌های همدان، اصفهان و آذربایجان شرقی با بیشتر Phi در رتبه‌های برتر و استان‌های سیستان و بلوچستان، چهارمحال بختیاری، هرمزگان و کهکیلویه و بویراحمد با کمتر Phi در رتبه‌های پایین‌تر قرار دارند. فاصله بین استان‌ها در اشتغال شهری و روستایی به ترتیب785/0 و 795/0 می‌باشد که نشان‌ می‌دهد نابرابری در اشتغال روستایی بیشتر از شهری است.}, keywords_fa = {اشتغال,برنامه پنجم توسعه,استان‌های ایران,مدل پرومته و گایا}, url = {http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_109460.html}, eprint = {http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_109460_3ad83c2edf51fc322e98024670842820.pdf} }
