As a subsystem of Southwest Asia region, it connects Mediterranean and Red Seas and Indian, Pacific and Atlantic Oceans. It’s been, therefore, a longtime focus of world powers. Though the region plays a definitive role in the international balance of power and security structure, it yet lacks a security structure corresponding to the contributions and roles of its coast countries. Lack of indigenous security arrangements has made Persian Gulf lagging in terms of sustainable security and doubly vulnerable to peripheral developments. Using analytical-descriptive method, this research aims to provide a model of security structure in Persian Gulf based on contributions and roles of its coast countries in order to achieve sustainable security. It aims to find out how a security model aimed at sustainable security in Persian Gulf might be developed. The results indicate that any security system corresponding to the interests of trans-regional powers would not satisfy and include the interest of all Persian Gulf countries, and security arrangements corresponding to contributions and roles of regional countries can only pave the way to achieve sustainable security.}, keywords = {Keywords: Balance of Power,Sustainable Security,Indigenous Security Arrangements}, title_fa = {امنیت سازی پایدار درخلیج فارس}, abstract_fa = {منطقه خلیج فارس نقش محوری در ارتباط بین اروپا، آفریقا، آسیای جنوبی و جنوب شرقی دارد و به عنوان یکی از زیرسیستم های منطقة آسیای جنوب غربی، دریای مدیترانه، دریای سرخ و اقیانوس هند، کبیر و اطلس را به هم پیوند می دهد و در این راستا از دیرباز مورد توجه قدرت های جهانی به ویژه ایالات متحده آمریکا بوده است. با توجه به اینکه این منطقه در موازنة قدرت و ساختار امنیتی بین المللی نقش محوری و تعیین کننده ای دارد، اما تاکنون از ساختار امنیتی متناسب با سهم و نقش کشورهای ساحلی این منطقه برخوردار نبوده است و فقدان ترتیبات امنیتی بومی در خلیج فارس، از دسترسی به امنیت پایدار دور مانده و آسیب پذیری این منطقه را تحت تأثیر تحولات پیرامونی، دوچندان نموده است. در این راستا ضرورت ایجاد ساختار امنیتی جدید در خلیج فارس با درک امنیتی مشترک و پذیرش موازنه و تنوع رفتار استراتژیک بازیگران این منطقه در سایة مشارکت منطقه ای، امری اجتناب ناپذیر می باشد و از الزامات آن، تقویت نقاط همگرایی و ایجاد ائتلاف و اتحادیه های فراگیر در بین کشورهای ساحلی این منطقه می باشد. این پژوهش با روش تحلیلی- توصیفی درصدد ارایة الگوی ساختار امنیتی در خلیج فارس با استفاده از نقش و سهم کشورهای ساحلی این منطقه با هدف رسیدن به امنیت پایدار می باشد و به دنبال پاسخ این پرسش است که الگوی امنیتی برای رسیدن به امنیت پایدار در خلیج فارس را چگونه می توان تدوین نمود؟. نتایج حاصله از این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که هرگونه ایجاد ساختار امنیتی متناسب با منافع نقش محوری قدرت های فرامنطقه ای منجر به رضایت مندی و دربرگیرندة منافع همة کشورهای ساحلی خلیج فارس نخواهد شد و تنها ترتیبات امنیتی بومی متناسب با سهم و نقش محوری کشورهای منطقه زمینة دسترسی به امنیت پایدار را می تواند فراهم نماید.}, keywords_fa = {موازنة قدرت,امینیت پایدار,ترتیبات امنیتی بومی}, url = {http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_81296.html}, eprint = {http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_81296_d05b9c9effb17c70d37234588d12f929.pdf} }
