The purpose of this study is to evaluate the role of second homes tourism in the environmental changes of Target tourism villages of East of Guilan province in the last decade (2006-2016). The method of this study is descriptive-analytic. Most of the data has been conducted based on field studies. The results indicate that the second homes tourism mainly has negative effects such as land use change and the destruction of gardens and farms, increasing waste production and releasing it in village environment, degradation of vegetation, noise pollution , air pollution, visual pollution , water pollution,etc on the environment of villages in the study area. Based on the findings in 2016, the number of 169 second homes was constructed in the study area, which had been a growth of 110.6% compared to 2006 and The most land use changes have respectively occurred in the villages of Hasansara (56.6 hectare) and Anbrsar (22.3 hectares) in decade ago. According to field studies, the amount of waste produced in the seasons of tourism has grown by about 80% compared to non-tourism seasons. In this regard, the largest amount of waste produced in the seasons is related to the villages of Anbarsar (about 420kg) and Hasansara (about 350kg).}, keywords = {Second homes tourism,Environmental changes,Target tourism villages,East Gilan}, title_fa = {تحلیل نقش گردشگری خانه های دوم در تحولات زیست محیطی روستاهای هدف گردشگری شرق استان گیلان در دهه اخیر}, abstract_fa = {گردشگری خانه های دوم یکی از الگوهای گسترش گردشگری در نواحی روستایی است که سبب تاثیرات مختلف از جمله تاثیرات زیست محیطی در روستاها می شود . هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش گردشگری خانه های دوم در تحولات زیست محیطی روستاهای هدف گردشگری شرق استان گیلان در دهه اخیر(95-85) است. روش تحقیق در این مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی است که بخش عمده‌ای از داده های آن بر اساس مطالعات میدانی صورت گرفته است. نتایج بیانگر آن است که گردشگری خانه های دوم عمدتاً اثرات منفی همچون تغییر کاربری اراضی و تخریب باغ ها و مزارع، افزایش تولید زباله و رها سازی آن در محیط روستاها ، تخریب پوشش گیاهی، آلودگی های صوتی ، هوا ، بصری ، آب و... بر محیط زیست روستاهای ناحیه مطالعاتی داشته است.براساس یافته در سال 95 تعداد 169 خانه دوم در ناحیه مطالعاتی احداث شده که از رشد 6/110 درصدی نسبت به سال 85برخوردار بوده و بیشترین تغییرات کاربری اراضی به ترتیب در روستاهای حسن سرا(6/56هکتار) و انبارسر(3/22هکتار) در دهه اخیررخ داده است. براساس مطالعات میدانی، میزان تولید زباله در فصول گردشگری حدود 80٪نسبت به فصول غیر گردشگری رشد داشته که در این راستا بیشترین تولید زباله در فصول گردشگری مربوط به روستاهای انبارسر(حدود420کیلوگرم) و حسن سرا(حدود350کیلوگرم) می باشد.}, keywords_fa = {گردشگری خانه های دوم,تحولات زیست محیطی,روستاهای هدف گردشگری,شرق گیلان}, url = {http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_99028.html}, eprint = {http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_99028_2624d81bc9a224c210715ceced91213f.pdf} }
