The reviewers of the journal assist the editor of the journal in the qualitative, content and scientific review of the articles or help to improve and enhance the quality and content of the articles through the communication of the editorial members with the respected author.
Since the article reviewing process is one of the basic steps in accepting an article, reviewers should be able to review the article when for any reason, whether it is not the subject of the article in the field of work and specialization or the length of the reviewing process, etc. Cancel.
The reviewer should keep the information obtained during the review of articles confidential and not use it for personal gain. The reviewer should feel responsible for the principle of non-conflict of interest when reviewing an article that is published or in the process of being published, and if he feels that he is in conflict with his work, he should immediately return the article to the editor. And inform him of the conditions of conflict of interest or possible abuse.
The reviewers must try to keep the articles submitted for review confidential, and all information contained in the articles will be considered confidential to the reviewers.

The reviewer should inform the journal office of any similarities or overlaps between the articles under review or published in other publications.
