Human capital is one of the most important success factors in the new world of organizations, and equipping it with competence tools is one of the concerns of the managers of the banking industry in the new world. Based on this, in this research, the role of efficient management of geographical human resources in digital banking; Presenting a model using a mixed approach is discussed. Exploratory mixed method was used in this study. The qualitative part was done with thematic analysis strategy and the quantitative part was done with descriptive survey method. In the qualitative part, a semi-structured interview was used, and in the quantitative part, a researcher-made questionnaire tool was used to collect data. Interviews with 20 banking experts were conducted in a snowball fashion until the theoretical saturation stage and data analysis was conducted in three stages of extracting basic, organizing and comprehensive concepts. Quantitative data analysis was done by structural equation modeling method. The results of data analysis showed that the role of efficient management of geographical human resources in digital banking includes two general dimensions (executive skills and communication skills), professional dimension (perceptual skills, specialized knowledge, strategic knowledge). The analysis of the data obtained from the questionnaire also indicated the fit and approval of all the components of the model.
