From the point of view of the paradigm, the present research is an interpretive research, qualitative approach, strategy of ground theory and tactics of hidden content analysis. The method of data collection in the research is in the form of an in-depth interview with 15 experts and executive managers of the Ministry of Sports and General Administration, professors of sports management and expert managers of sports facilities in Razavi Khorasan province. The sampling method was non-probability and snowball, and the interviews continued until theoretical saturation regarding the research questions and objectives was achieved. The data format is audio and text and data analysis was done by MAXQDA18 software. After the open and procedural coding of the conducted interviews, the researcher introduced the calculated factors in the form of Charms and Glazer's (2006) conceptual model. The categories of "Economic factors, advertising factor, users and management factors, human resources, sports equipment, comfort and ancillary facilities, safety, location, and privatization" are considered as factors affecting sustainable development in sports venues. . Sustainable development is a process that envisages a favorable future for human societies in which living conditions and resource use meet human needs without harming the integrity, beauty and stability of vital systems. In fact, sustainable development offers solutions to the structural, social, economic and environmental patterns of development in order to prevent issues such as the destruction of natural resources, the destruction of biological systems, pollution, climate change, excessive population growth, injustice and decline. To prevent the quality of life of present and future people. هدف از تحقیق حاضر تدوین مدل عوامل موثر بر توسعه پایدار سالنهای ورزشی در خراسان رضوی میباشد. تحقیق حاضر از منظر پارادایم از نوع تحقیقات تفسیری، رویکرد کیفی، استراتژی گرندد تئوری و تاکتیک تحلیل محتوای پنهان می باشد. روش جمع آوری دادهها در تحقیق به شکل مصاحبه عمیق با 15 نفر از خبرگان و مدیران اجرایی حوزه وزارت ورزش و اداره کل ، اساتید حوزه مدیریت ورزشی و مدیران خبره اماکن ورزشی استان خراسان رضوی می باشد. روش نمونه گیری به صورت غیر احتمالی و گلوله برفی بوده و مصاحبه ها تا جایی ادامه پیدا کرد که اشباع نظری در خصوص سوالات و اهداف تحقیق حاصل گردید. فرمت داده ها به دو صورت صوت و متن بوده و تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها توسط نرم افزار MAXQDA18 انجام گردید. محقق پس از کدگذاری باز و فرایندی مصاحبه های انجام شده، عوامل احصاء شده را در قالب مدل مفهومی چارمز و گلیزر (2006) معرفی نمود. مقولههای «عوامل اقتصادی، عامل تبلیغاتی، کاربران و عوامل مدیریتی، منابع انسانی، تجهیزات ورزشی، امکانات رفاهی و جانبی، ایمنی، مکان یابی، و خصوصی سازی» به عنوان عوامل اثر گذار بر توسعه پایدار در اماکن ورزشی به شمار می روند. توسعه پایدار فرایندی است که آینده‌ای مطلوب را برای جوامع بشری متصور می‌شود که در آن شرایط زندگی و استفاده از منابع، بدون آسیب رساندن به یکپارچگی، زیبایی و ثبات نظام‌های حیاتی، نیازهای انسان را برطرف می‌سازد. درواقع توسعه پایدار راه حلهایی را برای الگوهای فانی ساختاری، اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست محیطی توسعه ارائه می‌دهد تا بتواند از بروز مسائلی همچون نابودی منابع طبیعی، تخریب سامانه‌های زیستی، آلودگی، تغییرات آب و هوایی، افزایش بی‌رویه جمعیت، بی عدالتی و پایین آمدن کیفیت زندگی انسان‌های حال و آینده جلوگیری کند.
