This study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of data collection method, the research type is descriptive survey. A total of 4430 people in the Association of Agricultural Jihad Training centers, which according to Morgan table, 354 people were selected as the sample, which were selected by simple random sampling method. In this study, a researcher-made questionnaire 64 items (derived from Shams et al. (2014)) has been used. The validity of the research instrument was based on the use of a researcher-made questionnaire and according to the experts ' application and formal approval of the research tools, the questionnaire validity was confirmed. In order to confirm the reliability of the questionnaire, Chorenbach α was obtained by calculating the total number of 0.953. Results of test implementation the confirmatory model indicates that all parameters of the model are at an acceptable level. The results of the final structural model show that the highest factor of the leadership component (0.88) and in the second position of the line and policies and strategies (0.86) and in third position are the component of partnerships and resources (0.84). هدف اصلی این پژوهش" ارائه مدل توسعه پایدار مبتنی بر تعالی آموزش کارآفرینی کشاورزی مراکز آموزش جهاد کشاورزی" می باشد.این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری داده ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی می باشد.در مجموع 4430 نفر جامعه شاغلین مراکز آموزش جهاد کشاورزی می باشند که مطابق جدول مورگان تعداد 354 نفر به عنوان نمونه مورد پژوهش انتخاب شدند که از طریق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده اقدام به انتخاب نمونه مورد پژوهش شد.در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 64 گویه ای(برگرفته از پژوهش شمس و همکاران(1393)) استفاده شده است. روایی ابزار پژوهش با توجه به استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و با توجه به بکارگیری خبرگان و تایید صوری ابزار پژوهش،روایی پرسشنامه بصورت صوری به تایید رسیده است.جهت تأیید پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از طریق محاسبه آلفای کرونباخ در مجموع عدد 0.953 به دست آمد.نتایج حاصل از اجرای آزمون مدل تاییدی نشان می‌دهد، کلیه پارامترهای مدل در سطح مطلوب و قابل قبولی قرار دارند. نتایج حاصل از اجرای مدل نهایی ساختاری نشان می دهد، بالاترین بار عاملی مربوط به مولفه رهبری (0.88) و در جایگاه دوم مولفه خط و مشی و استراتژی(0.86) و در جایگاه سوم مولفه شراکت ها و منابع(0.84) قرار دارد. http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_129062_3780236457322f9c56e6b1cfa468d3a4.pdf
