Undoubtedly, many factors influence this issue, and the development of medical law is one of the most important factors. Commitment to human health and caring for the health of future generations is a fundamental step towards the formation of a developed nation responsible for the geographical environment. The purpose of this article is to investigate the role of medical rights development in the sustainable development of human geography with emphasis on physician civil liability in medical fertility. The main question of the article is what role does the development of medical law play in the sustainable development of human geography? The method of this article is qualitative. Article data will be collected from library sources. The method of analysis of research findings is also descriptive-analytical. The results of the article show that the protection and protection of human health within the framework of legal systems has an important role in the sustainable development of human geography. From a legal point of view, the doctor performs certain duties And uses its knowledge to solve people's health problems and must be held accountable for four types of responsibilities: Moral liability, civil liability (compensation by a physician), disciplinary liability (violation of trade union and professional rules and regulations) and criminal liability (committing a crime due to an act or omission). مسئولیت در قبال سلامتی انسان‌ها و داشتن جامعه سالم یکی از شرایط اصلی توسعه پایدار جغرافیایی- انسانی است. بی شک عوامل بسیاری در این مساله تاثیر گذارند که توسعه حقوق پزشکی یکی از مهم‌ترین این عوامل محسوب می شود. تعهد در برابر سلامتی انسان ها و مراقبت از سلامتی نسل‌های آینده گامی اساسی به سوی شکل‌گیری ملتی توسعه یافته و مسئول در قبال محیط جغرافیایی است. هدف این مقاله عبارت است از بررسی نقش توسعه حقوق پزشکی در توسعه پایدار جغرافیای انسانی با تاکید بر مسئولیت مدنی پزشک در باروری‌های پزشکی است. سوال اصلی مقاله این است که توسعه حقوق پزشکی چه نقشی در توسعه پایدار جغرافیای انسانی دارد؟ روش این مقاله کیفی است. داده‌های مقاله از منابع کتابخانه ای گردآوری خواهند شد. شیوه تحلیل یافته های پژوهش نیز توصیفی- تحلیلی است. نتایج مقاله نشان می‌دهد که حفاظت و حمایت از سلامتی انسان ها در چارچوب نظامات حقوقی نقش مهمی در توسعه پایدار جغرافیای انسانی دارد. از منظر حقوقی‌، پزشک وظایف معینی را ارائه می دهد ودانش خود را در جهت حل مشکلات بهداشتی و درمانی مردم به کار می گیرد و باید در برابر چهار نوع مسؤولیت پاسخگو باشد: مسؤولیت اخلاقی‌، مسؤولیت مدنی‌(جبران خسارت توسط پزشک‌)، مسؤولیت انتظامی‌(نقض قوانین و مقررات صنفی و حرفه ای) و مسؤولیت کیفری‌(ارتکاب جرم بر اثر فعل یا ترک فعل). http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_130476_dc02ec559c780b21ae1754840de36041.pdf
