Education makes people acquire the necessary skills and abilities in what is expected of them. For this purpose, education in some countries has found a more special position and along with their formal education, they have devised informal education with the interpretation of shadow education. In this study, these educational indicators have been tried to be investigated and adapted in the two countries of Iran and Singapore. The research method is qualitative research. The findings of the research show that despite the similar goals, different policies and strategies prevail in them. However, these governments have a special view on education. However, its achievements in Singapore have been more and better than in Iran. Based on the research results of this survey, Iran's education system should focus on the development of skills and the ability to apply knowledge, and not approve the laws in the society without ensuring the scientific support. Also, considering that education is completely dependent on the government economically; Therefore, more budget should be allocated to it; Because investing in education provides credibility and confidence for the education of the next generation. یکی از ارکان های بسیار مهم که نقش مهمی در توسعه دارد، آموزش است. آموزش باعث می شود افراد در آنچه از آنان انتظار می رود مهارت و توانایی لازم را کسب کنند. به این منظور آموزش در برخی کشورها جایگاه و موقعیت ویژه تری یافته است و درکنار آموزش رسمی خود، آموزش غیررسمی را با تعبیر آموزش و پرورش سایه ای تدبیر نموده اند. در این مطالعه سعی شده این نشانگرهای آموزشی در دو کشور ایران و سنگاپور مورد بررسی و تطبیق قرار بگیرد. روش تحقیق پژوهش کیفی است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که با وجود اهداف مشابه، سیاست و استراتژی های متفاوتی در آن ها حاکم است. اما با این وجود این دولت ها به آموزش نگاه ویژه ای مبذول دارند. با این حال دستاوردهای آن در کشور سنگاپور نسبت به ایران بیشتر و بهتر بوده است. بر اساس نتایج تحقیقات حاصله از این پژهش، نظام آموزش و پرورش ایران می بایستی بر توسعه مهارت و توانایی بکارگیری دانش متمرکز باشد، و بدون اطمینان از پشتوانه‌ی علمی قوانین دست به تصویب آن در جامعه نزند. هم چنین با توجه به اینکه آموزش و پرورش به لحاظ اقتصادی کاملا وابسته به دولت می باشد؛ لذا بودجه ی بیشتری به آن اختصاص داده شود؛ چرا که سرمایه گذاری در آموزش و پرورش، اعتبار و اطمینان را برای تربیت نسل آینده فراهم می آورد. http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_164342_d86c666f5e001ffc64b253a74ddca395.pdf
