The purpose of this research is the appropriate model of maintaining intellectual capital in the health and medical education system during the Corona epidemic in North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, so that by identifying these factors, officials and experts of the health and medical education system can plan correctly and Operationally, the intellectual capital maintenance model should be used in the healthcare and medical education system in order to enrich the intellectual capital. This study was conducted based on two quantitative and qualitative approaches. Therefore, from this point of view, the current study is a mixed research based on the purpose of a basic research. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research includes 17 prominent experts of the healthcare system and medical education of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, which is a purposive sampling method. The statistical community of the quantitative part of the research also includes the heads; Assistants and experts of health care and medical education system of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, 278 people were selected using stratified random sampling method and according to the sample size according to Chrissy and Morgan table (1970). The data collection tool was interview in the qualitative part and questionnaire in the quantitative part. CVR's content validity was used to measure content validity, and Cronbach's alpha was used in the reliability s این پژوهش برمبنای هدف از نوع پژوهشهای توسعه ای - کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت، کمی و کیفی است. هدف این پژوهش مدل مناسب نگهداشت سرمایه های فکری در نظام بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی در دوران همه گیری کرونا در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی است تا با شناسایی این عوامل، مسئولان و خبرگان سازمان نظام بهداشت و آموزش پزشکی بتوانند با برنامه ریزی صحیح و عملیاتی، مدل نگهداشت سرمایه های فکری در نظام بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی به منظور غنا بخشیدن به سرمایه فکری به کار گیرند. این مطالعه براساس دو رویکرد کمی و کیفی انجام شد. بنابراین از این منظر مطالعه حاضر یک پژوهش آمیخته و بر اساس هدف یک پژوهش بنیادی می‌باشد. جامعه ی آماری بخش کیفی پژوهش شامل 17 نفر از صاحب نظران برجسته ی نظام بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی اســت که روش نمونه گیری هدفمند است. جامعه ی آماری بخش کمی پژوهش نیز شــامل رؤســا؛ معاونان و کارشناسان نظام بهداشت و درمان و آموزش پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی خراسان شمالی است که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای و جهت حجم نمونه براساس جدول کریسی و مورگان (1970) تعداد 278 نفر انتخاب شد. ابزار گرداوزی اطلاعات در بخش کیفی مصاحبه و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه بود. برای سنجش روایی محتوای از روایی محتوایی CVR و در بخش پایایی نیز از الفای کرونباخ استفاده شد.  http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_202510_00e5225facfe7f80be971e74e6be97f3.pdf
