The aim of this study was to evaluate the factors affecting the development of tourism recreation and sports in the province so that more people could participate in recreation activities. Research method was descriptive survey was done as a field. The population of this research managers and experts, academics, and educators aware of the Development of Sport, The sample in sufficient numbers (241) and targeted and available to participate in the research and answered the questions. The research tools included a researcher made Press‌ presented with 66 statements with Likert method and the valuation of five choices for each (very small, small, pretty, high, very high), produced and used it placed. The validity by experts (n = 15), the reliability by Cronbach's alpha (94/0) was approved. Kolmogorov-Smirnov test results show that the rules and regulations of the factors of management and operating aspects of resources, including human resources, finance, technology and equipment are significant abnormal distribution and other natural distributed later. Finally, conclusions and Prioritization of various aspects of the study, showed that the importance of this dimension in all four behavioral factors, resources, environmental management and have a significant impact on the development of sport.  شناسایی عوامل و راهبردهای مناسب و مشخص در گردشگری تفریحی-ورزشی می‌تواند به رشد و گسترش آن در جامعه و نهایتاً نهادینه شدنش در کشور کمک کند. هدف این پژوهش ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر در توسعه گردشگری تفریحی-ورزشی استان هرمزگان بود تا ازاین طریق سبب مشارکت بیشتر افراد جامعه در فعالیت‌های تفریحی-ورزشی شود. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی بود که به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این پژوهش مدیران و کارشناسان؛ اساتید دانشگاه، و مربیان آگاه به توسعه ورزش همگانی بودند. نمونه آماری تحقیق به تعداد قابل کفایت (241 نفر) انتخاب و به روش هدفمند و در دسترس در این پژوهش شرکت کرده و به سؤالات پرسشنامه پاسخ دادند. ابزار این پژوهش شامل، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته‌ای بود که با تعداد 66 گویه که با روش لیکرت و با ارزش گذاری پنج گزینه‌ای (بسیارکم، کم، تاحدی، زیاد، بسیار زیاد)، تهیه و مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. روایی صوری و محتوایی توسط متخصصان (15 نفر)، پایایی توسط آلفای کرونباخ (94/0) بررسی و تأیید شد. نتایج آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنف نشان می‌دهد که بعد قوانین و مقررات از عامل مدیریتی و ابعاد عامل‌های منابع شامل منابع انسانی، مالی، تکنولوژی و تجهیزات داری توزیع غیر طبیعی هستند و سایر بعدها دارای توزیع طبیعی هستند. در نهایت نتایج و اولویت‌بندی ابعاد مختلف هریک از عوامل پژوهش، نشان داد که بین اهمیت این ابعاد در هر چهار سطح عوامل زمینه رفتاری، منابع، مدیریتی و محیطی بر توسعه ورزش همگانی تأثیر بسزایی دارند. http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_44970_0891f989331f84a1bd0738dd8646e721.pdf
