Given the very high importance of housing and shelter for human beings, the prediction and implementation of places for the temporary accommodation of people affected by accidents, especially earthquakes, is unavoidable.   Locations for temporary accommodation before and after the accident and in the planning stage can be of great assistance so that post-incident managers can have an operational plan. The present research is a descriptive-analytical study of library resources and field observations and experts opinions about locating temporary accommodation in Sari. This research, using the Delphi model, attempted to identify the main indexes of location selection and then, using the AHP multi-criteria decision making model in the Arc GIS software, we determined their weight and their integration in order to determine the suitable places for temporary accommodation in Sari. The results showed that 2786 hectares of the area were suitable, 2846 hectares were selected as the suitable area and 18098 hectares were selected as an inappropriate area. آنچه در زمان وقوع حوادث اتفاق می‌‌افتد، علاوه بر خسارات جانی و مالی، خسارات اجتماعی فراوانی است که به دنبال دارد. با توجه به اهمیت بسیار بالای مقوله مسکن و سرپناه برای بشر، پیش‌بینی و اجرای مکان‌هایی برای اسکان موقت آسیب دیدگان از حوادث به‌ویژه زلزله، امری اجتناب‌ناپذیر و اساسی است. مکان‌یابی جهت اسکان موقت، قبل از وقوع سانحه و در مرحله‌ی برنامه‌ریزی می‌‌تواند کمک شایانی باشد تا مدیران پس از وقوع سانحه، برنامه عملیاتی مدون داشته باشند. تحقیق حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی - تحلیلی از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و مشاهدات میدانی و نظرات افراد خبره در خصوص مکان‌یابی اسکان موقت در شهر ساری است. این تحقیق با استفاده از مدل دلفی اقدام به شناسایی شاخص‌های اصلی انتخاب مکان اسکان نموده و سپس با کمک مدل تصمیم‌گیری چند معیاره AHP در محیط نرم‌افزار Arc GIS اقدام به تعیین وزن و تلفیق آنها جهت تعیین مکان‌های مناسب برای اسکان موقت نمود. بر اساس نتایج حاصله در محدوده مورد نظر 2786 هکتار از منطقه به عنوان منطقه بسیار مناسب، 2846 هکتار بعنوان منطقه مناسب و 18098 هکتار بعنوان منطقه نا مناسب انتخاب شدند.<br /> <strong> </strong> اسکان موقت سوانح طبیعی شهر ساری مدل‌های تصمیم گیری چند معیاره GIS http://www.jgeoqeshm.ir/article_89181_cc172c862cd5d5744d4d1bfc5734ef60.pdf
