تبیین روان شناسی محیطی معیارهای کیفیت فضایی مجتمع های مسکونی در ارزیابی عملکرد مبنا

چکیده

به‌ طور عمده POE در مطالعات غربی بیشتر به جنبه‌های عملکردی ساختمان می‌پردازند و هر ساخته و فرآورده انسانی از مباحث زمینه‌ای و رفتاری تأثیر می‌پذیرد. با توجه به‌نظر خبرگان معاصر(ادبیات تحقیق) اولویت مولفه-های ارزیابی در ایران به ترتیب، شامل ارزیابی: ۱- فنی و تکنیکی؛ ۲- رفتاری؛ ۳- حقوقی و اقتصادی؛ و ۴- عملکردی است. ارزیابی‌های پس از سکونت را به دو دسته تقسیم می‌کند: ارزیابی‌های پس از سکونت قیاسی و ارزیابی‌های پس از سکونت مولد. در ارزیابی‌های پس از سکونت قیاسی، پژوهشگر به منظور ایجاد هنجارها یا درک تغییرات در قبل و بعد از اجرای یک طراحی جدید، به مقایسه بین فضاها می-پردازد. ارزیابی‌های پس از سکونت قیاسی به احتمال بیشتری مستلزم روش‌های عینی ازجمله روش‌های مورد استفاده در مقیاس‌های پرسشنامه استانداردشده هستند که بر این اساس در این پژوهش ارزیابی مبتنی بر پرسشنامه مدنظر بوده است. در این پژوهش ارزیابی رفتاری، در زمینه‌های ادراک روان‌شناختی محیطی با تاکید بر مولفه‌ها و شاخص‌های روان‌شناختی محیطی در حوزه کیفیت‌سنجی فضایی مدنظر است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش توصیفی- تحلیلی و بنا به ماهیت بنیادین بوده و از روش فراتحلیل نیز در جمعبندی مطالعات و تنسیق سوابق مطالعاتی در این رابطه بهره برده است. یافته‌های تحقیق نیز به اولویت‌سنجی فاکتورها و معیارهای کیفیت روان‌شناختی مجتمع‌های مسکونی با ارزیابی عملکردمبنا اشاره دارد که بیشترین میزان اولویت‌های کاربران از مولفه‌ها عبارتند از: قلمرو همسایگی، فضای شخصی، محرمیت، تعامل‌پذیری، فضاهای مشاع، سیالیت فضایی، انعطاف‌پذیری فضایی، سرزندگی فضایی، درونگرایی، هویت‌مندی، کاهش استرس، ازدحام و تراکم و پویایی فضایی.

چکیده [English]

In Western studies, POEs focus more on the functional aspects of the building, and each human product is influenced by contextual and behavioral issues. According to contemporary experts (research literature), the priority of evaluation components in Iran, respectively, includes evaluation: 1- Technical; 2- Behavioral; 3- Legal and economic; And 4- is functional. Divides post-settlement assessments into two categories: deductive post-settlement assessments and productive post-residence assessments. In post-deductive assessments, the researcher compares spaces in order to create norms or understand changes before and after the implementation of a new design. Post-deductive assessments are more likely to require objective methods, including the methods used in standardized questionnaire scales, based on which a questionnaire-based assessment was considered in this study. In this study, behavioral evaluation is considered in the fields of environmental psychological perception with emphasis on environmental psychological components and indicators in the field of spatial quality assessment. The research method of this research is descriptive-analytical and based on its fundamental nature and the meta-analysis method has been used in summarizing studies and compiling study records in this regard. The research findings also point to the prioritization of factors and criteria of psychological quality of residential complexes by evaluating the performance of the foundation.
