In order to protect the environment and, consequently, to recognize the legal entities of public law that are the biggest cause of destruction and destruction of the environment, there is a serious vacuum in the law, while the most important and dangerous crimes are committed by legal entities of public law. The findings of this study, which are based on the analytical-descriptive method and the use of library tools and taking notes, show that according to domestic law and international documents such as the Stockholm Conference, the 1946 Geneva Quartet and other documents mentioned in the dissertation. It has been pointed out that legal entities, including legal entities of public law and private law, have criminal and civil liability in environmental crimes, and for these crimes, various punishments, including financial and non-financial crimes, have been considered.
