تحلیل شعارهای تبلیغاتی گردشگری در مقصدهای شهری ایران

چکیده

شعارهای گردشگری، یکی از مهمترین ابزارهای توسعه برند مقصدهای گردشگری هستند. اگرچه پژوهش‌های اندکی در این زمینه انجام شده است، تحقیق حاضر با دو هدف شناسایی ویژگی‌های شعارهای گردشگری و بررسی شعارهای تبلیغاتی گردشگری مقصدهای شهری ایران صورت پذیرفت. این تحقیق از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی-تحلیلی و مقطعی است. جامعه‌ی آماری تحقیق شامل دو بخش اسنادی (پژوهش‌های داخلی و خارجی) و متخصصان گردشگری بود. حجم نمونه لازم بر اساس فرمول کوکران، 384 نفر محاسبه گردید و از روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده استفاده شد. داده‌های تحقیق از طریق بررسی پژوهش‌های قبلی و پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری گردید. در تحلیل مطالب و داده‌ها، جهت پاسخ به سوال اول از تحلیل محتوا و جهت پاسخ به سوال دوم از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از بسته نرم‌افزاری SPSS24 استفاده گردید. در بخش یافته‌ها مبتنی بر اهداف، دو بعد اصلی ساختاری و عملکردی به همراه شاخص‌ها و ویژگی‌های آنها استخراج گردید و در قالب یک مدل مفهومی ارایه شد. بررسی شعارهای تبلیغاتی گردشگری استان‌های ایران نشان داد که این شعارها مبتنی بر ویژگی‌های ساختاری و عملکردی نیست. تنها ویژگی علمی که در این شعارها وجود داشت اختصار و ایجاز است.

Tourism's slogans are an important tool in the development of Tourism Destinations's brand. However, few studies have focused on this issue. Therefore, the main purpose of this paper is to explore characteristics Tourism's slogans and is to examine the characteristics of Tourism's slogans of Iran’s urban destinations. This study was an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive-analytic research and cross-sectional research in terms of how to collect data. The statistical population of the study consisted of two parts: documents (internal and external research) and tourism specialists. The sample size was 384 people and a simple random sampling method used. The data collected through a review of previous research and questionnaires. In analyzing content and data, to answer the first question, content analysis used and to answer the second question, descriptive and inferential statistics used by using SPSS 24 software package. In the findings section, based on the objectives, two main structural and functional dimensions along with their indicators and characteristics extracted. Investigation of tourism slogans in the provinces of Iran showed that these slogans not based on structural and functional characteristics. Just, scientific indicators that existed in these slogans were its brevity.
