چکیده
یکی از راه‌های دستیابی به توسعه پایدار شهری، فراهم نمودن امکانات و خدمات موردنیاز شهروندان ساکن در مناطق شهری است. سازمان فضایی متعادل در شهرها نوعی از پایداری شهری است و زمانی محقق خواهد شد که هماهنگی و سازگاری منطقی بین پراکنش جمعیت و توزیع خدمات در شهرها به وجود آید. این پژوهش باهدف ارزیابی درجه موفقیت در ارائه خدمات شهری بر اساس میزان رضایتمندی شهروندان (مطالعه موردی منطقه4 اهواز) انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر بنا به ماهیت موضوع و اهدافی که برای آن پیش‌بینی‌شده، از نوع توصیفی، تحلیلی و در زمره تحقیقات کاربردی است. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار spss ، ارزیابی شاخص‌های موردنظر جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمونT تک نمونه‌ای،ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و آزمون نابرابری واریانس استفاده شده است. نتایج یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که شاخص مبلمان شهری با میانگین (26/1)، شاخص محیط زیست با میانگین (13/1) و شاخص مبلمان شهری با میانگین (12/1) به طور معناداری کمتر از میانگین مورد انتظار(3) بودند این امر نشان دهنده عدم ارائه مناسب خدمات بو ده که منجر به عدم رضایت ساکنان محدوده مورد مطالعه گردیده است .نتایج آزمون همبستگی پیرسون نیز نشان داد که اختلاف معناداری میان سه شاخص نیست و این منطقه از همه جهات دچار معضل (خدمات شهری ضعیف و رضایتمندی بسیار کم) می باشد. تحلیل آزمون نابرابری واریانس(Anova) نیز نتایج حاصل از آزمون T تک نمونه ای را تایید کرد.

چکیده English

One way to achieve sustainable urban development is to provide the facilities and services needed by citizens living in urban areas. Balanced spatial organization in cities is a form of urban sustainability and will be achieved when there is logical coordination and compatibility between population distribution and service distribution in cities. This research aimed to evaluate the degree of success in providing urban services based on the level of citizen satisfaction (case study of Region 4 of Ahvaz). The present study, based on the nature of the subject and the goals foreseen for it, is of a descriptive, analytical type and is classified as applied research. SPSS software was used to analyze the data, and the one-sample T-test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and the variance inequality test were used to evaluate the desired indicators to test the hypotheses The results of the findings show that the urban furniture index with an average of (1.26), the environmental index with an average of (1.13), and the urban furniture index with an average of (1.12) were significantly lower than the expected average (3). This indicates a lack of proper provision of services, which has led to dissatisfaction among the residents of the studied area. The results of the Pearson correlation test also showed that there was no significant difference between the three indicators and that this region was suffering from all aspects (poor urban services and very low satisfaction). The analysis of variance inequality test (Anova) also confirmed the results of the one-sample T-test.
