نقش مدیریت سبز شهری در توسعه گردشگری پایدار محله تجریش

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش مدیریت  سبز و تاثیر آن بر گردشگری پایدار در محله است. در همین راستا محلات همجوار تجریش به عنوان مطالعه موردی انتخاب گردید، نخست مدیریت شهری در این محلات مطالعه شد سپس شاخص های مدیریت سبز مورد بررسی قرارگرفت و نهایت اثر آن بر روی گردشگری محله ارزیابی گردید.  آنچه که بیش ازهمه موارد در این پایداری نقش دارد میزان مشارکت مردم محله است از مهمترین موارد رسیدن به این مشارکت ایجاد نهادها مدنی و احزاب سیاسی است که تنها در وجود توسعه به مثابه آزادی محقق می گردد روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی-توسعه ای میباشد. شیوه نمونه گیری بصورت تصادفی- و حجم جامعه آماری 150  نفر انتخاب شده است. روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به دو کتابخانه ای و میدانی بوده است که در تحلیل داده های میدانی از آزمونهای آلفای کرون باخ و اسپیرمن، استفاده شده است. از ﻳﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎی ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮔﺮدﻳﺪ ﻛﻪ، ﭼﻮن ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﻲ داری در آزﻣﻮن ﻣﻘﺪار P=0 ، ﻳﻌﻨﻲ از ﻣﻘﺪار  0,05 ﻛﻮﭼﻜﺘﺮ ﻣﻲ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ سپس پایایی بین گویه‌ها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ مورد آزمون قرار گرفت آلفای به دست آمد71/0 است که نشان‌دهنده پایایی خوبی  است. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﻳﻦ ﻓﺮض ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﺎﻳﻴﺪ ﻣﻲ ﮔﺮدد. در خصوص تحلیل پایداری اجتماعی محله تجریش  با توجه به آنالیز داده ها می توان بیان کرد با وجود قدمت محله تجریش و حس تعلق مکانی و هویت محله شاخص اجتماعی پایداری در محله با امتیاز 53/3 بیشترین افزایش را نسبت به دیگر شاخص ها داشته است و این متأثر ازمکان هایی است که افراد یک محله را گرد هم جمع می نماید. از نظر نقطه ضعف پایداری اجتماعی در محله تجریش شاخص میزان رضایت از زندگی با امتیاز 2 به دلیل شرایط ناپایدار اقتصادی و معیشتی در کشور و نبود برنامه ریزی مناسب برای تمامی گروه های سنی از جمله تفریح، سرگرمی و سلامت پایین تر از حد مورد نظر می باشد. که نتایج این بررسی بیان می دارد که نقش مدیریت یکپارچه شهری می تواند مشکلات شهری را رفع نموده و در صورتیکه مدیریت شهری با شاخص های مدیریت سبز شهری هم راستا گردد با توجه به موقعیت و پتانسیل موجود گردشگری محله تجریش مدیریت سبز می تواند گردشگری پایدار در محله ایجاد نماید.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the role of green management and its impact on sustainable tourism in the neighborhood. In this regard, the neighboring neighborhoods of Tajrish were selected as a case study, the first urban management was studied in these neighborhoods, and the green management indicators were studied and finally the effect on the neighborhood tourism was evaluated.  What is more all in this sustainability is the participation rate of the community is of the most important cases of achieving the participation of civil institutions and political parties, which is the only development of the researcher as freedom, the research method is descriptive-analytic and in terms of applied-development purpose. The method of sampling was randomly-and the statistical population of 150 people was selected. The method of collecting data in two libraries and fields has been used in analyzing field data of Cronbach's α and Spearman Alpha. The findings of this study showed that, because the significant level of P = 0, the amount of 0, 05 smaller, then the reliability between the items was tested through Cronbach's alpha was obtained by Alpha 0.71, which indicates a good reliability. Therefore, the assumption of research is confirmed. In regard to analysis of the social sustainability of Tajrish neighborhood, according to the data analysis, it can be stated that, despite the history of Tajrish neighborhood and the sense of spatial belonging and identity of the social index of sustainability in the neighborhood with the score of 53.3, has had the highest increase compared to other indicators and this is influenced by People gather a community together. In terms of social sustainability in the Tajrish neighborhood, the level of life satisfaction with 2 points due to unstable economic and livelihood conditions in the country and lack of appropriate planning for all age groups such as recreation, entertainment and health are lower than the desired limit. The results of this study expressed that the role of integrated urban management can fix urban problems and in case of urban management with urban green management indicators, according to the current situation and potential of tourism of Tajrish neighborhood, green Management can create sustainable tourism in the neighborhood.
