Abstract
The main purpose of this research was to present an artificial neural network (ANN) model for the relationship between organizational characteristics and construction project delivery methods. The present research was developmental research in terms of its purpose, applied in terms of its achievement or result, and descriptive-survey in terms of its data collection method. The statistical population was 360 people and the sample size was 354 people using a random sampling method. The validity of the research was face-content, and Cronbach's alpha test was used for the reliability of the research. In order to analyze the data, artificial neural network data mining algorithms were used using Rapid miner software. According to the results, the artificial neural network (ANN) model has the ability to predict the correct method of delivery of construction projects based on organizational characteristics. Also, the contribution of organizational characteristics in predicting the correct method of delivery of construction projects using the artificial neural network model is different. Also, the accuracy of the artificial neural network model is higher compared to other data mining models.
