Abstract
The current research is trying to present the most prominent methods of preventing the occurrence and appearance of collusion in government transactions by referring to the United Nations' emphases and the experiences of the government and advanced countries and taking into account the current situation of the country. In this article, a descriptive, analytical, library method was used and the obtained results were compared and analyzed with international surveys of the studied countries. According to the investigations carried out, it was found that one of the most effective ways to prevent collusion in government transactions: transparency, access to information on government transactions, improving the position of competition among participants, implementing electronic government, ensuring the integrity of transactions and paying attention to the special position for Observers are outside the organization. Reacting alone about collusion in government transactions cannot be effective, but prevention through monitoring government transactions and the participation of various supervisory institutions, as well as legislation in this transaction letter, is of great importance.
