Abstract
Start-up or the Persian equivalent of Shatab event is an event that is held in order to launch start-up companies. According to experts, a start-up is a start-up company that offers a new solution to a problem; While there is no guarantee for the success of the company through the solution provided. Some also consider the start-up as a new culture for new ideas and creativity over the existing ideas, which aims to solve the problems in the key points that are the Achilles' heel. The available solutions are known. A start-up can be considered a newly established company based on a license to exploit one or more technologies by people outside a research institute or academic institution, which attracts other necessary resources, including company management, through other routes. From the legal perspective of start-up companies According to the fact that in technology and technology issues, their registration, formation and activity are considered commercial, they can be formed in the form of any commercial company subject to the commercial law, and for this reason, the registration of start-up companies is based on the necessary rules and conditions and It is possible to register start-up or fledgling companies in the form of joint-stock, joint-stock, joint-stock and special, mixed-stock and non-stock companies; But considering that start-up companies can be formed by attracting capital or high investments; As a result, start-up companies are usually registered in the form of joint stock companies, both private and public.
