Abstract
Based on the goal, this research is of the type of developmental-applied research and in terms of nature, it is quantitative and qualitative. The purpose of this research is the appropriate model of maintaining intellectual capital in the health and medical education system during the Corona epidemic in North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, so that by identifying these factors, officials and experts of the health and medical education system can plan correctly and Operationally, the intellectual capital maintenance model should be used in the healthcare and medical education system in order to enrich the intellectual capital. This study was conducted based on two quantitative and qualitative approaches. Therefore, from this point of view, the current study is a mixed research based on the purpose of a basic research. The statistical population of the qualitative part of the research includes 17 prominent experts of the healthcare system and medical education of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, which is a purposive sampling method. The statistical community of the quantitative part of the research also includes the heads; Assistants and experts of health care and medical education system of North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, 278 people were selected using stratified random sampling method and according to the sample size according to Chrissy and Morgan table (1970). The data collection tool was interview in the qualitative part and questionnaire in the quantitative part.
