In the space of cities, many management patterns have undergone fundamental changes. Therefore, it is necessary to explain the desirable pattern of political-spatial governance of cities. The purpose of this research is to explain the ideal pattern of political-spatial governance of Tehran city in all dimensions. This article, as an analytical evaluation and by presenting diverse approaches based on conceptual richness and diversity in the fields of social sciences, economics, urban planning and development, benefits from a systemic approach and tries to do so, while introducing urban governance. and its theories to explain the desirable pattern of political-spatial governance of Tehran city. In this regard, the present article, which is provided in terms of its practical purpose and information in a documentary way, tries to explain this issue. The results of the research show that today, the administration of the metropolis of Tehran is not a trial and error field, considering the critical phase in which it is located; Because it directly deals with the fate of citizens. Therefore, it is necessary to implement with the utmost precision, elegance and scientific calculations the model of competent governance in the spatial-political dimensions of Tehran metropolis. The results of the model of Tehran city showed that the best model for the city of Tehran is a model that considers citizen participation, takes into account the spatial and political justice of the city, and while paying attention to the entire urban areas and neighborhoods of Tehran, has a bottom-up approach.
