Abstract
State institutions shape political variables and political choices, and narrowing the focus from state power to the power of state institutions is the essence of research on state subordination. Because by going into details, examples, and indicators, it presents the discussion with a more limited generality and focuses on the causal relationship between the performance of administrative, political, judicial, and security institutions and measures their relationship with political stability and economic performance. Here, focusing on the political geography of West Asian countries, we want to analyze the concept of state subordination under the new institutionalist literature in the four areas of administrative, political, security, and judicial institutions and their complex and reciprocal relationships and the impact they can have on political stability and economic performance. The present article, using the method of description, analysis and resources of the library, is the answer to this question. The findings of the research are based on this belief that the state of institutionalization in the above four areas in this region, due to the lack of quality indicators such as reliance on competence and competitiveness of salaries and autonomy in the administrative area, lack of honesty, transparency and equal access and property rights in the judicial area and lack of a centralized command structure, professionalization and lack of accountability to civilians in security areas and lack of monitoring corruption, proportionality, stabilization and the prevalence of competitive bribery, lack conditions conducive to ensuring political stability and economic growth.
