Abstract
The purpose of this phenomenological study is the experiences of successful managers of manufacturing industries in Khuzestan province during the economic crisis in line with regional planning. The present study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Sampling has been selected from successful managers of manufacturing industries in Khuzestan province. Due to the use of qualitative method, structured interview tools were used. Based on this method, the number of samples for the interview process including 35 successful managers was considered. . After the interviews, the concepts were extracted from the interviews by Maxqda software and the relevant codes were extracted and the main and sub-themes were achieved by establishing a relationship between the extracted codes in the open coding stage and removing duplicate indicators and merging similar indicators. In the conclusion section, the priorities of management of logistics services for the production of human capital development in the phenomenological model of managers' experiences, the priorities of financing human capital in the phenomenological model of managers' experiences, the priorities for improving human capital education in the phenomenological model of managers' experiences are discussed.
