Abstract

Assessment The resiliency of cities and regions using appropriate indicators helps to Planners and decision-makers to Understanding the potential regions Against Natural and human hazards in order to Codification Strategies and appropriate. Purpose this research is Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province townships capabilities using the approach of regional resilience. In terms of research method is analytical- descriptive and in terms of purpose is applied. Statistical Society this research is Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province townships According to the political divisions in 1390. Data were extracted of spatial planning Province plan. Of the 31 indicators in three human capital, natural and physical in order to assessment the resilience of regional was used. For data analysis were used Shannon entropy method for weighting and Mora techniques to ranking. Results show that the townships of Boyer, kohgiluyeh, Gachsaran, Dena, Basht, Charam and Bahmaei In terms of regional resilience indicators were obtained the rank of one to seven. It is essential to strengthen the regional resilience and resiliency townships increased positive indicators such as the length of roads, communications and medical services and reduce negative indicators such as unemployment, dependency ratio and population density.
