Work judgement in Iran low in light of Principles of fair judgement

Abstract

One of the basic and constant characteristics of labor rights is the protection of worker's rights. Therefore, this feature has caused the independent nature of labor rights and has caused labor proceedings to have their own unique conditions and to have a different judicial system and procedures compared to criminal and civil disputes. Principles such as ease and speed in handling and the freeness of proceedings have caused a fundamental difference in labor rights compared to other legal issues. This article examines and explains the principles of labor law proceedings in a descriptive and analytical way. In this article, firstly, the materials have been collected through data collection, and by analyzing and examining the available books and library resources, relevant articles and theses in this field and numerous and diverse sites on this topic, then explaining the issue of the ruling principles in the proceedings. The work has been done in a descriptive and analytical way.
