Analysis of the Impact of Politics on Tourism in the Arvand Free Zone

Abstract

In this regard, in the present study, using survey-field approaches, while using the SWOT technique, the most important strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that can affect the development of tourism in the region from a political perspective; Has been analyzed and analyzed. Based on this, in order to identify and determine the priority of the factors affecting the tourism of the region by compiling a questionnaire in the form of Likert scale, 40 questions were designed with physical, natural, economic, political and security approaches and modified and targeted by surveys of local experts and managers. . Questionnaires were distributed and completed to 200 people (30 professors and tourism experts, 85 tourists, 40 natives of the region and 45 employees of tourism and travel agencies). The results showed that the selective approach in formulating strategies and strategies for tourism development in the Arvand Free Zone from a political perspective is the minimum-maximum approach or review strategies (WO) that aims to use external opportunities and capabilities to strengthen and promote weakness. Are the areas that this area is facing in tourism planning.
