Geographical development of the gas company with emphasis on the effect of organizational architecture on the maturity of employees' capabilities

Abstract

Despite the importance of organizational architecture and its impact on the maturity of employee capabilities, the various dimensions and components of organizational architecture and maturity of organizational capabilities are still not well understood. Making effective and influential components in Bushehr Gas Company. In addition to the documentary study, the content analysis technique with MAXQDA12 software has been used to identify the factors and components. In addition, semi-structured interviews with university experts were conducted in 1398 in the form of open, central and selective codes, and Dematel technique was used to determine the effective and efficient components. In this study, 85 open codes and 23 the central code and finally the 19 main components for organizational architecture and maturity of employee capabilities were identified. After that, according to the Matrix Questionnaire, decision making of pairwise comparisons of 20 experts in the fields of organizational architecture and maturity of employee capabilities was used as an example. Finally, the components of information, technology and business were identified as influential and defined factors, managed, optimized, applications and predicted as effective factors. According to experts, the information component is one of the most influential factors in organizational architecture.
