Anti-Geopolitics approach based on components of economic justice in WTO jurisprudence

Abstract

The new era, the period after the end of the Cold War to the present, can be considered the period of prosperity of international organizations in the system of international relations. Especially in the new era in which the establishment and scope of activities in several international organizations have been accelerated compared to the past. It can be seen that this is an urgent need, not only in international relations with governments, but also in the end of the United States' unilateralism in the new geopolitical system. Despite the above-mentioned stimulus, due to the increasing dependence of countries and regions, the development of international relations, organization and regulation of these multilateral relations has become more necessary than ever. Automation of approvals and activities of international organizations is a new situation. With this explanation, the World Trade Organization (WTO) is one of the international organizations that has a special feature due to the balances it can create in the structure of the world system. To write now by examining one of the effective processes in creating a balance, namely the judicial processes of the World Trade Organization by strengthening the existing approaches to the developing being with the method of description and analysis of documentary and library studies that have been prepared and arranged. The results of the research show that the current WTO procedures in general and the judicial dreams of this organization in particular have been developed by giving concessions due to deepening in the new conditions, because it pursues geopolitical (formerly dominant) procedures to eliminate unequal In order to provide economic justice in the review of their cases, anti-geopolitical approaches include justice-oriented procedures that, if your opinion is taken into account.
