A Comparative Study of Citizenship Rights of Individuals in Biographical Geography Based on Nahj al-Balaghah and the Bible

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of comparative study of civil rights in Nahj al-Balagheh and the Bible. The method used is descriptive-analytical and the results and findings indicate that based on the studies conducted in this study, the issue of citizenship rights was identified. It is expressed in color in the teachings of the two great and universal religions, Islam and Christianity. From the point of view of Islamic teachings, citizens have political, spiritual, cultural, social, economic and judicial rights that the Islamic government and government are obliged to revive and respect these rights in various structures of legislation and implementation and administration of various affairs. Note it. The greatest change is from the supreme teachings of the Qur'an and revelation, and in the Bible, which according to Christians is a divine and divine book and the Mahdi is a god to save human beings through the true prophethood of Jesus (pbuh), the basic components of citizenship rights are specified and specified. This shows the unity of the views of the two religions and these two books on the fundamental rights of life and civil rights.
