Abstract

The legal system in the domestic field has sources that are formed and consolidated under the influence of those sources. In the domestic field, the most important sources of law in all its branches are jurisprudence foundations, but what is surprising and thoughtful is that in the case of environmental law. As the most important element of human life, in the domestic criminal law system, legal structures have been indifferent or less attentive to their sources. Iran's criminal system has not benefited from a coherent and targeted approach to environmental crimes of legal entities, which are the main sources of environmental crimes, which also shows a disregard for the legal and philosophical sources and roots of concepts related to It has an environment. Based on this, the findings of this research, which were obtained based on analytical-descriptive methods and the use of library and survey tools, show that the legislator should adopt a coherent and purposeful approach and rely on preserving the environment and giving priority to it over other issues. political and economic in front of environmental crimes, formulate and present a coherent and differentiated approach in predicting reactions to these crimes by legal entities.
