Cryptocurrency contracts' Parties in the field of joint ventures from the perspective of the Iranian, France and Englis

Abstract

In the Iranian legal system, according to Article 183 of the Civil Code, which considers cryptocurrency contracts as a kind of agreement between two or more people who accept it together, and from this perspective, cryptocurrency contracts can be subject to Article 183 above. ; It should be noted that cryptocurrency contracts are a kind of contract within the framework of Iranian civil law. - Analytically and using library resources, it answers the question that from the perspective of the Iranian legal system, what is the position of cryptocurrency contracts in the field of joint ventures? The result of the present study is that due to the lack of specification in the civil law on the necessity of traditional contracts, cryptocurrency contracts are also a type of contract. Of course, these contracts are more similar to commercial contracts in the Iranian legal system than they are to civil contracts in the field of joint ventures.
