Abstract

In the current research, the effectiveness of the tools and mechanisms of the United Nations in the promotion and implementation of human rights and the explanation of its geopolitical dimensions have been investigated. International mechanisms can never be replaced by national mechanisms and measures to implement human rights standards. First and foremost, human rights must be implemented at the national and local levels. However, international methods and mechanisms have a complementary role because they express the general desire of the international community to provide conditions for the implementation of important human rights documents. United Nations mechanisms for better and more effective protection of the standards provided in human rights documents can be divided into two categories; Institutions based on human rights treaties and charter-based institutions. Defenders and supporters of human rights around the world support the need to strengthen the mechanisms of the United Nations for more effective protection of the standards stipulated in human rights documents. Although the first and most important method of implementing international human rights documents is their national and local protection, for the implementation of international human rights, paying attention to the role of the United Nations as an international pioneer pillar and their effectiveness for protection is an undeniable necessity. is Pillars based on treaties are provided in nine important human rights treaties, and their form of activity is based on the clear legal basis of the treaty itself.
