A comparative study of the geographical and economic effects of the approach of the legal systems of Iran, America and France towards the civil liability of automobile companies

Abstract
Due to the importance of the car in the daily life of people all over the world, it has been tried in different legal systems to not pay attention to it as a mere commodity, but to look at it as a means of providing public services with the life and safety of people in it. It is communication. Therefore, the governments have gradually faced more legislative restrictions on the automobile manufacturing and assembly companies in their territories. The establishment and application of these legislative and regulatory restrictions have not prevented car assembly companies from having civil liability. The limits of the civil liability of the assembling companies are always determined by the regulatory agreements with the parent companies producing the parts. In this context, since in the legal system of Iran, a specific format for contracts in this field has not been specified, the parties can determine the limits of each other's obligations and responsibilities according to the principle of sovereignty of will. This is despite the fact that in the American and French legal systems, due to the importance of protecting the rights of consumers, the limits of the obligations and responsibilities of the car assembling companies have been imposed and the type of civil liability is absolute.
