Abstract

The present study was conducted to examine the changes in the Muslim Brotherhood's thought, with an emphasis on how the Hamas movement was formed, using a historical-comparative research method. After collecting materials through library and documentary methods, the data was described and analyzed. The results of the data analysis show that a kind of transition has occurred from the Muslim Brotherhood to the Hamas movement, which in fact, the intellectual foundations of the Brotherhood have undergone changes due to generational, regional and international changes, and ultimately led to the formation of Hamas. How this change and transformation occurred in the stages that this study has addressed.
