Abstract

Abstract
    This study began for aimed to investigate the effect of different dimensions of social development in the island began. Systems theory Parsons was selected as a conceptual framework and various aspects of development based on four subsystem Parsons was determined. Historical research methods and techniques used in this study, analysis of documents. due to the improving indicators of justice, security, prosperity, independence, freedom and spirituality in society, spirituality, to strengthen ethics and real progress in all areas, so as to real contexts to achieve comprehensive development in the country. In planning for the realization of national reserves and actual progress must collect the talents, the formation of research groups, research and academic goals correct distribution facilities, training mighty theorists, investment in new science and functionality, boost morale and self-esteem and motivation be considered progress.
