Ecotourism partners’ mutual rights based on sustainable utilization system pattern on ecotourism destination (Case study: Isfahan tourism target village)

Abstract
    Ecotourism activities and number of eco-tourists are increasing in worldwide but statements of observers and studies show that local community’s proportion of the benefits of ecotourism activities is still very low. This problem has a clear difference with sustainable ecotourism definition. Ecotourism utilization system pattern (EUSP), can help to obtain real and sustainable increasing local community’s proportion of ecotourism activity benefits. EUSP as a formal and legal right framework creates a tenure and suitable position for local community as active and effective stakeholder in management of host area on interaction between other ecotourism industry sectors such as tour operators and travel agencies. Also, EUSP is a hidden tool that it will cause to conservation natural resources. Because local people will understand that their benefits to be achieved by conservation natural resources as profitable attractions based on establishment utilization system of ecotourism destination. The goal of this paper is to explanation of ecotourism utilization system pattern based on destination life cycle evolution toward local social and economic tourism cooperation restructure in Isfahan tourism target villages. The method of this paper is documentary and depth interviews by 21 person of experts. On the other hand this paper present the 47 law factors of all stakeholders such as local people, governmental sector, tour operators and travel agencies and eco-tourists to each other based on EUSP definition in order to eco-tourism activity.
