The study of factors affecting the satisfaction of the citizens of Isfahan Along with the construction, validity and validation Scale

Abstract
    Awareness of civic satisfaction level of citizens in various aspects indicates weak and strength of civic management and is a direction for specific and general planning. The methodology is descriptive- measuring and statistical population is infinite number of citizens of Isfahan. Sampling methodology was stratified (optimum allocation) and includes 310 citizens in form of 17 categories. Statistical methodologies in this study are investigative factor analysis in form of original parameters and nonparametric elicitation for comparison including Wilcoxon and Friedman tests. The data gathering material is a close ended questionnaire by using five degree likert scale. Content validity is confirmed by experts and reliability is calculated 0.74 using Cranach’s alpha coefficient. Statistical analysis of the study is accomplished by SPSS software. The findings demonstrate 9 factors (aspects) of satisfaction. The most important factor of satisfaction for citizens was the city cleanliness and beauty. Transportation, social culture, economical facilities, educational facilities, health care, primary needs and finally recreational facilities are placed in next orders, respectively.
