Abstract
    International political economy was considered the interaction between state and market as economic factors on the establishment of peaceful relations between nation-states. Neoliberalism with its emphasis on détente has attention to peacefully cooperation. In this study, by use of modern institutional theory, we reviewed the performance of regional international regimes in Iran regionalism. Also, by examining of economic potential in Makran coasts, we analyzed the region's activities of Iran. The results show that the Makran coasts have unique potential for the creation or strengthening of regionalism in Iran. Iran to take advantage of this potential, it is necessary to improving the structure of the domestic economy given to the approach of economic-political foreign policy.
