Abstract
Abstract In present study relationship between participation in decision-making and organizational commitment among High School Geography teachers in Hormozgan. The study is descriptive and correlative. The sample for investigation was drawn using random sampling technique and consisted of 117 Geography teachers at High school level. The data was collected using participating in decision-making questionnaire; a likert-type questionnaire by Fazi (2007) consisted of 27 items. And organizational commitment questionnaire developed by Allen and Meyer (1991). The reliability coefficient calculated in order of: %82, %79. SPSS for Windows was used for statistical analysis. Finding indicated that there was significant relationship between participation in decision-making and organizational commitment.
