Abstract
Collection of reviews and analyzes In the case of fire events and the operation of the fire brigade, Indicates the major constraints and limitations in information management, Locating and also assessing disasters from the point of view of crisis management. Therefore, the orientation of this paper is to provide an optimal management pattern in this field. Type of research in terms of applied purpose, And in terms of method and descriptive-analytical nature. In this context, describing the practical implications of the crisis, classification of crisis, crisis management, risk management, information management patterns, including new technologies in the crisis management process in the fire department, GIS- ‌WEB GIS -MOBILE GIS --Decision Support System, And location-based models such as the GIS model and communication matrix and demographic potential and accident assessment methods are described.
