Regional planning covers a wide range of topics. Economic development and political structure are closely intertwined. One of the major obstacles in the national development process is disrupting regional balance and balance. Therefore, the first step in regional planning is to identify the status of areas in relation to each other in terms of development and the cause of inequalities. In fact, the subject of regional planning, under the influence of legal, political, economic and social requirements of the country, is constantly changing and sometimes as a tool for investment in underdeveloped areas, as a tool for concentrating investment in the regions.
