چکیده
جغرافیای سیاسی به طور کل درگیر تحلیل فضایی پدیده های سیاسی است ضمن اینکه به اختصاصات فضایی فرآیند سیاسی نیز توجه دارد. در جغرافیای سیاسی مفهوم منطقه، یک فضای جغرافیایی است که از یک سلسله پدیده های مشابه و عوامل پیوند دهنده در محیط تشکیل شده است که دارای یک شخصیت جغرافیایی یکپارچه و متمایز از دیگر مناطق است. در این تحقیق، قدرت هوشمند جمهوری اسلامی ایران و ارائه یک مدل مهندسی شده در روابط فی مابین ایران و کشور انگلستان با تمرکز بر جغرافیای سیاسی ایران بررسی، تجزیه و تحلیل شده است. در این راستا نقش پارامترهای قدرت، فرهنگ و قدرت هوشمند که تا بحال در برقراری روابط سیاسی، اقتصادی و غیره جدی گرفته نشده بودند برجسته خواهد شد. نتایج این تحقیق در برقراری صلح و امنیت پایدار بین المللی و درک متقابل و همچنین رفع مشکلات و معضلاتی که مانع توسعه پایدار ج.ا.ایران در حال و آینده می شود اثربخشی ویژه ای خواهد داشت. مفاهیم نوین قدرت هوشمند که بر بستر تجارب معاصر بین المللی جایگاه خود را در ادبیات قدرت و سیاست پیدا کرده است، موضوع فهم و به کارگیری مولفه های قدرت هوشمند را به منظور افزایش توانمندی ها در ابعاد مختلف به ویژه بازدارندگی ج.ا. ایران در برابر هرگونه تهدیدات خارجی و داخلی را حائز اهمیت نموده است. مهندسی روابط بین الملل به کمک نرم افزارهای تحلیلی و آماری با استفاده از داده های میدانی در قالب مصاحبه ها و پرسشنامه ها و همچنین مطالعات اسنادی انجام شده است.

چکیده English

Political geography is involved in the spatial analysis of political phenomena while also considering the spatial specificities of the political process. In political geography, the concept of a region is a geographic space that is composed of a series of similar phenomena and linking factors in the environment that have a unified and distinct geographical personality from other regions. In this study, we analyze the smart power of the Islamic Republic of Iran and present an engineered model of the relations between Iran and the United Kingdom with a focus on Iran's political geography. In this regard, the role of the parameters of power, culture and smart power will be highlighted. They had never been taken seriously in political, economic, etc. relations. Modern concepts of intelligent power have found their place in the literature of power and politics in the context of contemporary international experience. So importance of understanding and applying intelligent power components to enhance capabilities in various dimensions, in particular deterring Iran from any external or internal threats, is important. International relations engineering with the help of analytical and statistical software using field data in the form of interviews and questionnaires as well as documentary studies in the field of humanities and the panel of experts has rarely been done. In this study, several influential variables in the context of political geography have been used in a completely innovative and futuristic perspective.
