تحلیل رابطه توسعه کالبدی و زیست محیطی روستایی با مهاجرت‌ معکوس؛ مطالعه موردی منطقه 19 شهر تهران

چکیده

روند مهاجرت‌های روستا به شهر در طول 35 سال اخیر در ایران نشان‌دهنده شکل‌گیری جریان مهاجرت معکوس است که با وجود تأثیرگذاری آن در مبدأ و مقصد، کمتر مورد توجه محققان و برنامه ریزان قرار گرفته است. در این راستا، این پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحقیق توصیفی- تحلیلی، همبستگی و علی و با هدف تبیین نقش مهاجرت‌های معکوس در توسعه سکونتگاه‌های روستائیان منطقه19 صورت گرفته است. همچنین شناسایی مهمترین عوامل دخیل در مهاجرت‌های معکوس روستائیان هدف دیگر تحقیق به شمار می‏رود. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش پرسشنامه محقق ساخته می‌باشد که روایی آن با نظر کارشناسان مربوطه بصورت صوری مورد تأیید قرار گرفته، و برای تعیین پایایی پرسشنامه نیز از مقدار آلفای کرونباخ استفاده شد که برابر با 78/0 بوده و در تحقیقات مربوط به علوم انسانی این مقدار رضایت‌بخش می‌باشد. حجم جامعه آماری پژوهش بر اساس مدل کوکران 384 نفر به صورت نمونه‌گیری تصادفی بود. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های به‌دست‌آمده از آزمون‌های آماری تی تک نمونه‌ای و تی مستقل و از نرم‌افزارهای spss و pls استفاده شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که نقش آفرینی مهاجرت‌های معکوس در توسعه سکونتگاه‌های روستایی از لحاظ ابعاد اقتصادی، اجتماعی، کالبدی و زیست‌محیطی خیلی زیاد می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

The trend of rural-urban migration during the last 35 years in Iran indicates the formation of reverse migration flow.Despite its impact on the origin and destination, it has received less attention from researchers and planners.In this regard, this study was conducted using descriptive-analytical, correlational and causal research methods and with the aim of explaining the role of reverse migration in the development of rural settlements in District 19.Identifying the most important factors involved in reverse migration of villagers is another goal of the study.The data collection tool in this study is a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity has been formally confirmed by the relevant experts. Cronbach's alpha value was used to determine the reliability of the questionnaire, which is equal to 0.78, and this value is satisfactory in humanities research.The statistical population of the study was 384 people based on Cochran's model by random sampling. To analyze the obtained data, one-sample t-test and independent t-test were used and spss and pls software were used.The results of this study showed that the role of reverse migration in the development of rural settlements in terms of economic, social, physical and environmental dimensions is very high.
