چکیده

جمهوری اسلامی ایران با توجه به توانمندی ­ها و پتانسیل های اقتصادی خود در بخش انرژی، کشوری تاثیر گذار درمنطقه جنوب غرب آسیا به حساب می آید. قرار گیری ایران در کانون و بیضی انرژی در مرکز هارتلند جهان همراه با همسایگی با دو منبع انرژی جهان، یعنی خلیج فارس و دریای خزر موقعیتی ممتاز نصیب ایران کرده است اما غلبه نگاه بازرگانی در موضوع انرژی که از عدم لحاظ شدن نگاه بلند مدت و راهبردی به مسائل بخش انرژی در رویکرد خارجی بوده، باعث شده که در این عرصه تحرک کمتری را شاهد باشیم وجود داشتن راهبردهای بلند مدت بخشی، وجود برنامه درسطح تصمیم گیری های کلان و اتخاذ دیپلماسی متوازن هوشمند با مولفه انرژی، همراه با نگاه به رویکردهای گسترش محور برای تعامل بیشتر با نظام جهانی ضروری می باشد. با توجه به اهمیت موضوع ، پژوهش حاضر که با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی تهیه شده است به ارزیابی جایگاه دیپلماسی انرژی به عنوان محور ژئواکونومیکی ایران و نقش آن در ایجاد توسعه و تعامل با جهان می­پردازد.

چکیده [English]

Iran is an influential country in the Southwest Asia region in terms of economic capabilities and potentials in the energy sector. The results show that Iran's location at the center and the energy ellipse in the center of the heart of the world, along with its proximity to two world energy sources, namely the Persian Gulf and the Caspian Sea, has given Iran a privileged position. However, the dominance of the commercial view on the issue of energy, which is due to the lack of a long-term and strategic view of energy sector issues in the external approach, has led to less mobility in this area. . the Having long-term sector strategies, having a plan at the level of macro decisions, and adopting smart balanced diplomacy with the energy component, along with looking at expansion-oriented, maintenance-oriented and development-oriented approaches, is necessary and strategic to interact more with the global system.
