This study was conducted with the aim of comparative study of civil rights in Nahj al-Balagheh and the Bible. The method used is descriptive-analytical and the results and findings indicate that based on the studies conducted in this study, the issue of citizenship rights was identified. It is expressed in color in the teachings of the two great and universal religions, Islam and Christianity. From the point of view of Islamic teachings, citizens have political, spiritual, cultural, social, economic and judicial rights that the Islamic government and government are obliged to revive and respect these rights in various structures of legislation and implementation and administration of various affairs.
