واکاوی مفهوم توسعه شهری در گذر زمان و تبیین ابعاد و مولفه‌های آن

چکیده

با گذشت زمان، مفهوم توسعه شهری دستخوش تغییرات بسیاری شده‌است. این موضوع از آن جهت مهم است که اولا به تحقیقاتی که زین‌پس پیرامون توسعه شهری انجام خواهند شد، کمک خواهد کرد تا در هنگام بررسی مطالعات پیشین، مفاهیم همتراز آن را در زمان مورد‌نظر بدست آورند. ثانیا چارچوب مدونی، جهت ارزیابی صحیح توسعه شهرها تبیین می‌کند. بنابراین هدف پژوهش، تبیین مفهوم توسعه شهری و موکدات آن در گذر زمان و شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌هایی است که توسعه شهری در هر بازه زمانی بر آن استوار بوده‌ است. این پژوهش، براساس پارادایم برساختی و اکتشافی و با رویکرد کیفی انجام شده‌است تا مفاهیم، ابعاد و مولفه‌های توسعه شهری را در گذر زمان، به روش مطالعه اسنادی گردآوری نموده و با روش تحلیل‌محتوا و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار مکس‌کیودا، ابعاد و مولفه‌های توسعه شهری را در هر بازه زمانی تلخیص و دسته‌بندی نماید. در گام بعد از پرسشنامه متخصصان بهره ‌گرفته‌شد تا ضمن تایید ابعاد و مولفه‌های احصا شده، سایر مولفه‌هایی که می‌تواند در این راستا موثر باشند را نیز شناسایی نماید. نتایج حاکی از این است که توسعه شهری در ابتدا به معنای رشد اقتصادی مطرح شد، سپس عواملی چون توجه به نیازهای اساسی، اصلاح بازار، توجه بر رفاه و ... موجب تکامل آن گردید. نهایتا از هم‌افزایی نظریه‌پردازان مطرح و متخصصان داخلی، توسعه شهری به جریانی چند بعدی، شامل 6 بعد و 60 مولفه تبدیل شد که با تغییر در ساختارهای موجود، موجب افزایش سطح زندگی مردم می‌گردد و می‌تواند شرایط مساعدی را جهت رشد عزت نفس آنان فراهم آورد.

Over time, the concept of urban development has had many changes. This subject firstly helps and enables future studies around urban development, so that while studying previous studies, they would be able to find the equivalent and the corresponding concepts used in those studies, for the intended time; Secondly, it creates and explains a compiled framework to correctly evaluate urban development. So, the goal of this study is to explain the concept of urban development and its emphatics through time, as well as to identify the dimensions and the components upon which urban development stands today. This study is done based on constructivism and exploratory paradigms and has a qualitative approach to identify the concepts, dimensions, and components of urban development through time, using documentary studies and content analysis through MAXQDA software; also to confirm the counted dimensions and components, and to identify other components that could be effective in urban development through the use of the expert questionnaire. The results indicate that urban development was first proposed in the sense of economic growth, then factors such as attention to basic needs, market reform, attention to welfare, etc. caused its evolution. Finally, from the synergy of prominent theorists and local experts, urban development became a multi-dimensional flow, including 6 dimensions and 60 components, which by changing the existing structures, increases the living standards of the people and can provide favorable conditions for the growth of their self-esteem.
